Report Views in Paragon are customizable meaning that agents can include or exclude fields, features, agent info, office info, etc., in the report results (not to be confused with using the Custom Report Editor to build Custom Views from scratch). The available views and reports are determined by your MLS.
Run a search to get the a search results view.
Click Customize on the Action Toolbar (available at the top of all search results views).
The fields on the left are the available fields and the fields on the right are selected for that view. Highlight the field and click Add or Remove to change the selected fields. Arrange the order of the fields using the Move Up or Move Down buttons. Click Save & Close when you are finished.

Note: Every Class has a set of Available Reports. When you customize a view you are only making changes to that view in the class you are working in, for example, if you change the Custom Brochure for Residential you are not changing the Custom Brochure for Multi-Family.
From any customizable Brochure view click Customize on the Action Toolbar.
The Gray sections are not customizable. Double click any white section to make changes.
When you double click the white section the same type of screen as above will display where you can make selections on the left and add to the right.

Note: There is also a module for customizing views and reports through Preferences on the Main Navigation Bar.
