Most of the different type of searches in Paragon will allow you to save the search. This can be a template with or without field criteria, or a search for a buyer. Saving and naming the search means you do not have to re-input the search criteria. You can load the saved search by its name, change it, or run it as is. You can also make a "Default" search for each class to fit your specific needs.
After you have entered a search template or added criteria, hold your cursor over Save Search and a drop down menu will open allowing you to save a search or save a search as a specific name.*

Name your search.

If you want to make a search template a Default Search, click the Make this your Default checkbox. Only one default template is available per class.
Note: Making a search your Default means that the fields and/or criteria that you have chosen for that saved search will come up every time you run a search for that class. For example if you always use the same fields to search in the Residential class you would want to save those as your Residential Default to avoid having to customize your fields every time you run a search.

Choose if your template needs to be saved With, or Without criteria values by clicking the appropriate option button (Criteria values are the data that has been put into the fields for your search)

Assign the saved search to a prospect. Click Browse to select a prospect or add a new one.

Add a new prospect or click on an existing prospect already in your Contact Manager. Click OK. This starts the Auto-Search for this prospect.

There are several ways to load a Saved Search, one is from the Search control panel. Under Saved Search, click Saved Property Search.

A list of your named saved searches will display. The drop down menu on the right will give you several actions that you can take with that search.

From most search screens you have a Load Search button that will let you load a saved search.

A list of your saved searches for that type of search will slide in from the right and you can click on the name and it loads.

The Save Search button will allow you to override an existing search.
The Save Search As will allow for the naming and setting a new search.
