To zoom in or out on the map move the slider, or left click on the map, release, and then use the scroll button on your mouse.  Using a specific address is handy for finding listings around a school, place of work, or any specific address a buyer may want. It is also useful for searching for comparables around a seller’s subject property when creating a CMA presentation. Only 100 listings can be displayed at one time on the map.  To change your default Starting Location see Search Preferences.
