Paragon allows the user to adjust default addresses that show up on maps, warning messages that appear and the default search criteria, as well as the format the search results are displayed in. Agents can also customize the phone number that is displayed with their name in search results.
Clicking the check box for Load Default Search Criteria, will load the criteria the agent has set up as default, every time the agent enters that search.
Click to Re-enable Search Warning Messages, after search warning messages appear 5 times, or clicking no longer show me this warning, the warning message will no longer appear for that search. Clicking this link will re-enable these warning messages.
Clicking the check box for Use Custom Address for Mapping Search. Will put the default address that the agent has set up, as the starting point for any map search or driving directions that the agent uses.
Click to Establish Default Address of Mapping Search will allow you to set a different address for the default starting location within the Map Search. It will be the Agent's Office address unless otherwise specified.
Click the Click to Establish Default Address of Mapping Search link
Enter the new address in the space provided
Click Change Address
Click Apply
Show Search Results as, and Show CMA Search Results as, will allow the agent to customize how the search results will appear. Click the drop down arrow, and simply choose the view you wish to see your initial search as. The default view will be the Spreadsheet view, and the options available will vary from one MLS to another.
Checking the box Show phone number with agent name. Will put the agents phone number next to their name on any report that is printed out where the Listing Agent field is shown.
Preferred Agent phone to show, is a drop down that will show all phone numbers the MLS has on file for that agent. Click on the number you wish shown.
Use General Disclaimer, will allow an agent to show no disclaimer, short disclaimer, or long disclaimer. Your MLS may have rules and regulations regarding which disclaimer you choose. Click the drop down arrow and choose which one for Paragon to display on your reports.
Show Field Numbers on All Fields Detail View. Clicking this box will display the Listing Field Table number on the All Fields Detail Report. Leaving this box unchecked, will hid the Field Table Numbers.
Default double click view, click the drop down arrow and click on the view you wish to displayed each time you double click on your search results.
Note: Remember to click Save after all of your Search Options have been set up.
